Lost certificate

Approximately 3/4 of the items listed in the estate court accounts are stock. The secrecy surounding the stock is total except for an occasional glimpse such as the blank but signed "Stock or Bond Power" document. Can we expose the document trails of the "lost Nuveen certificate of ownership" and the "Stock or Bond Power" document?
